It's a nice bag. It has lots of compartments which is handy. However, it's a heavy bag on it's own and once you fill it up w/ toddler/baby goods it gets even heavier. The insulated lining is starting to come off at the edges around the zipper part from me over stuffing it with baby items. For the price of it i don't think that should happen. I ordered this bag online so i didn't get to really test it out at a store first. Overall, nice durable gender neutral diaper bag that is wayy too heavy.
