Already had one of these bed rails and needed another. These hold very securely and I don't worry about my child falling out of bed. Looked at some of teh other ones out there and don't get that same feeling.

I searched and searched for an acceptable bed rail, and I'm glad I found this one. I like how it squeezes the mattress/cushion to stay in place instead of relying on the weight of the mattress/cushion/child. Great for travel, too, except a bit difficult to fully break down back into the box...
