I purchased this car seat and I was very picky in doing so. I have a one year old w/Down Syndrome in which he has low muscle tone (floppy) so finding that "perfect one" was near to impossible. I chose this one because when he was in it, it really looked like it hugged him perfectly. He can't see out on the side due to the side impact air pads...but at least I know he's safe. The fabric is awesome. It's breathable and he doesn't sweat in it like the other seats. When I put it in my chevy malibu...it fit and people can even sit on either side, however it is tall and bulky...but aren't they all??
