when looking for a pacifiers for my baby rergistry a friend of mine suggested mams because of the petite size and flat shape as opposed to the normal gauky suckers we are used to. I tried it an my little one loved it. she spits out anything else and it actually decreases nipple confusion for breastfeeders. the only con is that water can get inside when washing or sterilizing it due to the manufacturer plasing a tiny hole for air in the top but it evaporates if you air dry it on a rack which means your baby will have to do without it for awhile so have a few back ups,
