The Grand Tour LX includes a convertible seat with 5-point safety harness and bumper bar, hood with air vent and sun visor, rain cover, mosquito net, shopping net and carry bag, cup holder, Maclaren luggage tag, storage cover, head hugger, shoulder pads, hidden suspension and linked brakes. Made from high-quality, lightweight resilient aluminum, it has full built-in suspension for a comfortable ride in urban environments. The chassis has a champagne-colored sateen finish and telescopic height-adjustable handle.

The innovative Grand Tour LX incorporates new high tech features including remote-controlled safety lights on the chassis front, and a dashboard console with 'driving instruments,' including a clock and temperature gauge. There's even a Strollometer that measures how far and how fast mom is 'strolling' her way back into shape -- all built right into the handle frame. The Grand Tour LX dashboard console uses state-of-the-art wireless technology.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100.

All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt unless otherwise stated in the "Features" tab on the particular product page.

UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email for Quantium View, which is the UPS email system, with your respective tracking information.

We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate.

We also charge a standard $15 expedite fee to guarantee your order is shipped out with within 24 hours of order placement. You must call and speak with a representative in order to purchase this option. After the item is shipped it still takes an additonal 5 business days to arrive to destinations on the west coast.

All items that are orderable are in stock, unless otherwise stated in the "Features" Tab of the particular product page. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and should be stated the "Features" Tab of the particular product page along with respective transit times.

Please note that most bedding products and some funiture products are special order items and the transit time for those items will be stated in the "Features" Tab of the particular product page.

Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $25 restocking fee for each item shipped. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page.

Some products are considered special order products and are unfortunately not returnable nor are they cancelable once an order is placed. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page under the "Feature" Tab that the item is a special order item.

Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.

We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Please note that "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $100.
