My daughter is 6 months old and was between her infant tub and the bath tub and I couldn't find anything I liked for her to safely sit in the tub. She was sitting up on her own, but couldn't quite keep herself steady in the water and her infant tub was just too small and not comfortable for her to sit and splash around in anymore. The hard plastic bath seats just aren't that great and I was afraid she'd tip over any bath sling or seat. This was listed as a newborn product, but this really works well for her! She can lay back and relax in the water or sit up in the middle of cushion so she can splash and get at her toys. We really love this product! It's versatile and I will use it for my next baby instead of an infant tub.
