I received pkg. within a couple of days of order. I constructed bench by myself , the only difficulty I had was installing the lid. I had to remove the back bench support to screw the lid on. then put the back on again. Would have been better if the instructions told you to put the lid on first then the back.

Pros:

Just what I wanted for a 4 yr old girl. It fit in her room and gave her extra seating. She felt very grown-up. It was easy to put together overall with the exception as stated previously

Cons:

some of the directions were a little difficult to follow regarding the lid and back otherwise I liked item very much.
