Joovy Scooter X2 Double Stroller - Blueberry

I have 4 kids, and tried multiple double strollers. This one is by far my favorite. I'm so impressed at the smooth ride and maneuverability even with a 3 year old and infant. The sun shade is nice and big and all the storage components are thoughtfully placed.

I bought Graco Modes and instantly returned it because of a bumpy ride and uneasy use. This Joovy double stroller is EVERYTHING!! And for that price? I'm obsessed. Lots of storage, easy to put together, it's amazing.

It was time to upgrade from the TwinRoo and glad that I did. It's lightweight and not as bulky as other double strollers on the market. My only question is there a bag for it? Like a J.L. Childress gate check.

I have 2 kids passing 2 years from each other, I'm Using it since the second was born and I have walked miles easily!
I just have a question: how do you wash it????

This stroller was purchased for my twins at my baby shower. At first I was excited because it had huge storage and folded easily. However, a month after we began using it the entire awning broke. It will not reattach no matter what I've tried. It is also not the easiest to push or turn-especially because the front locks half engage at every use. I really was hoping we just got a bad stroller out of the batch because I wanted to love this product so much! I had a third child, so I would love to purchase the next stroller size up. I'm just so hesitant because of how this one ended up for us.

This stroller was easy from the beginning. Assembly was quick and straightforward. It is easy to fold and fits nicely in the back of my van. It also maneuvers the best of any stroller I've used, even when my five year old gets in because she's tired of walking. I will also add, I love the wheels on this stroller. They're plastic so you never have to deal with a flat tire!

I absolutely love this stroller!! It's perfect size. Smooth & easy to push. It's also very lightweight. It fits through standard doors. It's compact but spacious. It's perfect for my 6 month old twins. It also fits my 4 year old. Both seats recline comfortably. I also love the trays and the inside pockets for drinks or snacks. It's worth every penny.

We have the Joovy in blue and have had it for about 6 months. We LOVE the stroller! It rides smooth, has enough storage, can lay the kids down in many different angles, and the seating compartments have their own storage. It seems like to me that the stroller was very well designed and thought out. EXCEPT, why does the stroller not stand vertical when you fold it down? Was the intention for you to park the stroller in its intended location and fold it down and NEVER move it? Were you expecting parents to not move the stroller around once it's folded? This is a inconvenient missed opportunity. Many times have I folded the stroller to do something and needed to stand up. Also, the stroller is very difficult to pick up once it is folded from a lying-on-the-ground position. Please invent an add-on kick stand for this stroller. Otherwise the stroller is perfect.

I bought this and love it! Folds easy; love the fact that trays are easy to pop on and off and it's so easy to turn and maneuver. I first loved the bottles from this company and now love the stroller!

I bought this April 2019. I love how smooth it rolls. I love the ease of setup and getting the babies in and out. I will say the instructions were oddly written. There was a photo booklet and an instruction booklet. The photos were arranged on the pages in an odd sequence, but nothing that would deter me as a buyer.

I don't love that there are no infant seat attachments. I live in very cold weather...even taking a 6 month old out of their carseat and placing them in the stroller mid winter is really frustrating especially when there are two babies.

I'm also not a fan of the fold. I had to watch a youtube video a few times to make sure I was doing it right. The first few times I did it I hit my shins and scratched up my legs because it fell so fast. I also wish there was a handle between the seats. This would be a convenient place to put one to hold/carry the stroller and help slow the speed of the fold.

Although the basket is touted as the largest on the market and as not having a crossbar beware there is a bar. Instead of being at the very back of the basket it starts in the middle of the basket. My large bag although it fits has to be crammed in a bit and can only be put in/taken out when the seat is in the upright position.

I know these comments all sound as though I don't like it. But given the price point and the selling points, large canopy, easy strapping methods, comfortable tall handlebar (my husband loves the height), and one handed maneuvering.

It's a wonderful purchase and I'm sure we will love it for the duration of it's life with us!

I absolutely love this stroller I have two preemie twins that are little over 3 months. My favorite feature is the reclining seats, having preemies they sleep a lot so that feature helps when they're napping, and I can still go get a walk done. I love how vibrant the color is I purchased the red one, it's beautiful.The storage is amazing and it pushes very smoothly overall love the stroller.

Great stroller for 2 kids at a good price. The seats are comfy and easy to recline, and buckle in. Lots if storage space at the bottom and easy to get too. Nice back pockets for storing small things like your phone and keys and good cup holders, also we like the side pockets by the seats for the kids to put a drink or toy. Comfy handle bar for pushing, and pushes very smoothly even on long walks. My only complaint is that I wish the canopy would extent more for the sun in your kids eyes. It folds pretty easy, I wish it folded in the other way to keep the seats clean from storing especially when it gets stored in airplane... but that's being extra picky. We love the stroller, great price for it too!

When we got this stroller, I was worried with how big it looks! The stroller moves so easily, and is easy to move through small spaces! Living in Orlando, we visit the Disney Parks very often, and were also very happy that it fits the new size requirements as well! The two cup holders and back pockets came in hand for those ready to grab items you may need during your time out! Can't rave about this stroller enough!

We have had this stroller for 1.5 years. We love that the seats recline, there is ample storage underneath and nice sized pockets for storage that make it unnecessary to buy an additional parent console. The seats seem comfortable for the kiddos and easily wipe down to remove dirt, sunscreen, etc. and the sunshade comes down low enough to provide good shade. Our biggest complaint is that with just 1.5 years of use with our small for their age kids (one is 26 lbs and the other is 37 lbs), the wheels just aren't holding up. The front wheels constantly stick and make pushing the stroller and trying to turn a real pain. We have to stop and turn the wheels with our hands to get them to turn. So after less than two years of normal use, we are already having to shop for a replacement!

I love that this will fit in just about every doorway. Super easy to push and fold down. Our twins are 1 and have been sitting in this stroller since they were about 6 months old.

This was our favorite stroller for walks around the neighborhood and Disneyland visits. That was, until, one front wheel started locking on it's own. It is impossible to turn now, even with the wheel unlocked. With only a year of use I'm disappointed that I now have an unusable stroller.

I absolutely love this stroller. I've had it for almost 2 years now. I have a 3-1/2 year old and an almost 2 year old. Both are girls. We've now added a little boy too, who is 5 months old. I'm really sad to say that I will have to give up my Scooter X2 ...but I'm hoping to sell it and put the funds towards a Joovy Big Caboose! I've had so many good memories with my girls. I take them everywhere with me! I recently took them with me to get an oil change and I put them side by side in the scooter X2. Then I can push them right up in front of me and play games with them talk to them and give them snacks, and it's like they're sitting right there with me in their own chairs. I've loved watching them hold hands and pass toys back and forth on our outings. I'm really going to be sad to see the stroller go! Our family has just outgrown it. I wanted to voice my opinion on how wonderful this stroller is. *THANK YOU* for making such fantastic accommodating products for families with multiple small children! Wish me luck on being able to hopefully purchase the Joovy Big Caboose!!!

We absolutely loved this stroller for our two boys close in age (19 months apart). Very smooth ride, comfy seating for the kids, fairly compact (and easy) fold, lots of storage space.

We actually bought this stroller to take with us to Disney. It worked AMAZING! We had only used it a few times at home prior to our trip. On the way home from Florida, however, the joint on one of the leg rests broke, causing the entire seat to collapse. Our four year old ended up having to walk through the airport (not fun). Even worse, we got home to realize that there is no replaceable part for this! The airline refused to cover the cost of the stroller to boot.

While I thought we were getting a good deal, we actually only ended up using this stroller for 10 days total (including our trip) before it became unusable. I'm still giving it four stars due to how amazing it really is - and the fact that I don't think the stroller breaking was the fault of Joovy. I do, however, wish that we could just replace this part... the stroller is practically brand new!

We bought this stroller over a month ago and I was so excited, especially because of all the great reviews. I'm so disappointed in it and am truly baffled why people like it so much! I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old and I struggle to keep the stroller from veering to the side my heavier child is on. So much so, that I have wrist and hand pain from wrestling this thing down the sidewalk. I also can't walk behind t without kicking the break every step of the way. It was supposed to make my life easier, but it's done quite the opposite. We have the Joovy jogging stroller which we LOVE, so I knew it wouldn't push like a jogger but I didn't expect it to be this awful to the point it's painful.

We got this stroller specifically to take to Disney (and of course use after that) and we are in LOVE. We adore all of our Joovy products, but this double stroller has to be my favorite. There are so many amazing features!

To start, the variety of colors is great, especially if you plan to bring it to an amusement park where you'll be parking it and have to find it again later. We chose the stroller in Blueberry and it was SO easy to find in the stroller parking areas.

For being a full sized double stroller, it's fairly lightweight and it folds up so easily. We took it on a flight, through multiple Disney parks (on the monorail, ferry, and buses), Legoland, etc. It was so easy to flip up and fold down when we needed to.

The seats are a great depth (we have a four year old and a two year old) and I love that they recline individually. Our kids NEVER nap at the same time, so it's very convenient to let each one recline as they get tired. The oversized canopies are great for blocking out the sun.

Another must-have feature is the large storage compartment underneath. With two kids (especially at all-day theme park experiences) we always have a ton of stuff to carry around. This stroller had more than enough space for all of our necessities and the souvenirs we picked up along the way! Plus, all of the cup and snack holders come in handy and the zippered pockets in the back are perfect for phones, keys, and other small items you have to reach for quickly.

The stroller comes with a removable bumper bar and while we like to have it on regular outings, we took it off for the theme parks since the kids were getting in and out of the stroller so much. We also got the removable trays to make it easier when we had a quick service meal. The kids had a place to put their food and drinks and then we could stow the trays underneath.

The most important thing about a stroller (for me) is maneuverability. The Scooter X2 pushes like a dream, even through crowds with thousands of people. It's got a really narrow front-to-back profile which is helpful when you're walking in large crowds. Plus, it has fit through every doorway we've tried so far. It's a super smooth stroller to push, and doesn't give any resistance, even on tight corners.

We absolutely LOVE this stroller and will be using it as our primary double stroller from now on. There's not a thing we'd change about it and we've recommended it to all our friends!

We love this stroller out of all the doubles we have gone through this is by far my favorite and every thing we need. Only issue is one of the foot rest that bends up on one will not stay up any longer and there is also a tear in the fabric on the leg rest. Very disappointing since we are expecting our 4th and this was my favorite stroller. Also wish there was snack trays available as only thing it is missing.

Purchased this stroller and couldn't be happier!!! Super convenient and spacious room under for everything you need to bring along for the kids , also the fact that I can move the seat up and down makes it very easy when 1 wants to nap and the other doesn't !!! Love it.

I love this stroller. I read all the reviews when purchasing this stroller before I had my twins. I love the basket, water bottle holder on the backs, the zipper storage. There is only two complaints I have, front wheel seems to stick even after getting a replacement, and the fabric is impossible to keep from fading, and the stroller is impossible to take apart and wash, I love my joovy double stroller but not being able to wash the fabric to keep germs away from my preemies is horrible. Wish they made it easier to wash and used a better fabric.

We absolutely love love love our Scooter X2. The baskets underneath are large and the canopy is exactly what we need here in the Texas sun. It pushes easily and the peek a boo window on top is perfect to see which of my toddlers started the squabble, lol. The cup holders are an added bonus, as well as the zipper pockets. We walk daily with it and my boys love it.

This was the ONLY double that would accommodate tiny babies and still fit in my Tahoe with the 3rd row up. Its a tight squeeze but it fits.

We have 10 month old twins who sit to close together in our Baby Trend Expedition Jogger and fight so when I saw this stroller on sale I snatched it up. I just tried it out and I like how spacious the seating is and the storage underneath. However, I am 5' 9" and because the handlebar sits even with the back wheels, I ended up occasionally kicking the break bar. I found myself using a uncomfortable posture to walk with it. Really disappointing because aside from that I love the stroller. It wouldn't be that much harder to have the handlebar extend back with a shape that would accommodate different heights. We plan to keep the Baby Trend Expedition for my husband to jog with but I really wanted a stroller for parks, walks, the store and big events like Disney Land and Sea World. Maybe I can find a handlebar extension option? Otherwise I will have to return it.

I bought this stroller and absolutely loved everything about it! The storage was great, the kids were comfy, and it folded up nicely. However, it breaks my heart that we had to return it. My husband and I are both around 5' 7''-5' 10'' and we could not walk without kicking the back of the stroller. We had to return it because there was no way we could walk nicely. If this product had an adjustable handle, it would have been perfect.

I have two toddlers, 35 and 38 pounds and am 36 weeks pregnant with our third. So we needed a double that would allow us to either push both toddlers, or the baby and a toddler. I love how the seats recline quite far back, and it's easy to do one handed. The canopy is so large and keeps the sun or rain off the tiny humans. My children 2.5 and 4.5, can easily climb in and out on their own and love the little side pockets to keep their drinks and "guys" and snacks.
My husband has no problem pushing the stroller with 70 pounds of toddler in it. It's easy to maneuver and comfortable to push for taller adults {husband is 6 foot, I'm 5'8}. It is a little harder for me, again I'm 36 weeks pregnant, to push for a long period of time.
The storage basket underneath is huge and amazing. I don't have to hang backpacks and bags from the handle bar because there is so much space underneath, which is really hard to find in a double. The brake is easy to lock and unlock, and is quite long. I do wish that there was an option to attach a skateboard for an older child, but the brake being so long doesn't allow for that. Even thought it's side by side it still fits through doorways in malls and stores, and I have no problems pushing it around a retail store while I shop {and the large canopy is pretty great for stacking clothes on top of while I browse.} It even works in line at a busy, narrow Starbucks too.
I know this stroller is going to be great once the baby can use it and as they all grow-I'm especially psyched to have such an amazing stroller for our Disney trip this fall.

I received the product from Joovy in order to facilitate this review. I have 3 kids and due with my 4th April 3 but she will be here by March 20 probably. Well, my 21 month old loves this stroller and enjoys holding onto the handle bar in front of him. My favorite things about the Scooter X 2 are that it has a LOT of storage underneath and that it's very easy to steer to turn.

We first purchased the Joovy double stroller a few years ago after we heard great reviews about it from friends. When we used it, we were surprised at how difficult it was to maneuver. We contacted the company and received a new wheel to replace it, thinking that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it still didn't maneuver as easily as friends and other reviews have stated. Quite a bit of time has passed, but we contacted the company once again. The representative provided feedback and support as I was explaining about our issue. Joovy sent the newest model to us in a color of our choice! We see a total difference in its maneuverability and love it!

I have the lime green one (which happens to match my lime green vehicle) and it's the best thing ever!!! I love taking it to Disney World... you can spot it super-quick in the line of all the parked strollers. It has a great canopy that really helps keep the kiddos shaded. I love that it goes up, over and down. I also love the fact that it's one piece instead of two because my kids can interact better. There is a HUGE basket underneath, which is great for my bag, for items picked up in the day, blankets and more. There are 2 zippered pockets on the back, which is where I keep a rain cover and ponchos. Plus there are even pouches on the insides of the seats for all sorts of fun treasures for the kids. I couldn't find a rain cover at the time (I now see they have one) so I pack a clear shower curtain and some clips. I strap an umbrella on the side and I am totally prepared for everything. This was the only double I found that had all these features plus the adjustable footrest, which is great for young kiddos and naps. I loved that I was able to fit my then less than a year old son and 2 year old daughter. I really cannot say enough about this stroller. In fact, once my kiddos outgrow this one, I am looking forward to getting the Ultralight Graphite sit and stand so my daughter can have a little more freedom. Joovy is my #1 stroller brand!

We needed a powerhouse double stroller to take on our trip to Disney. The Scooter X2 has so many wonderful features that were on my list of must-haves! It's very roomy! I love that both of my kiddos could sit and sleep comfortably. It has a huge canopy that allows for shade and privacy. We easily navigated to streets of Disney! It has a one handed folding feature which made getting on and off of the buses easy and fast. The weight of the actual stroller is surprisingly light for a double! One of my favorite features is the large storage basket! We had so many things to take to the parks...not to mention the piles of things we bought! Storing our belongings was very easy.....we were pretty much prepare for any major disaster or impromptu parade that would arise! :) I absolutely love this double stroller! It's light weight, easy to steer and push, has tons of storage and it looks beautiful!!

If you're looking for a solid double stroller that can also carry a lot of the necessary baby/kid stuff, look no further than the ScooterX2! Comfortable for the kids and a quality stroller that won't breakdown. Go for it!

Great double stroller for the price! We love it and our nanny who uses it daily has had nothing but good things to say about it. Great space underneath with easy access for all your child gear. It also handles so well and looks pretty great too. I was pleasantly surprised by it's size. It is somehow so spacious and so compact at the same time. We live in an old apartment in San Francisco and the doorways are quite narrow. We've had no trouble getting it through doorways and maneuvering it through our narrow hallways. The ease of folding it up and stashing it away is very convenient - because of our storage situation I need to fold it up daily to store it away and was pleased to discover that I can do it one-handed while holding my toddler on my hip! :) So happy with this stroller!

We bought it once our little ones outgrown the TwinRoo+ Infant Car Seat Frame Stroller. Just great stroller and fantastic brand!

I have this stroller in blue and we love it but the color has faded so badly in certain spots that it looks much older and worn out than it is. It's very disappointing as we bought the stroller loving the bright color and now it's a very dull blueish purple color on the seats and part of the canopy. I agree with another reviewer that Joovy should use fabrics that don't fade like this if they are going to offer the bright colors. Other than the fading color, we love how easy the stroller is to use, we love the large basket and canopy and that the kids can both recline so much. I wish Joovy had a way to fix this problem with the fading fabric.

I own the older version of the Joovy Scooter and had some issues with the wheels once my children got a little bigger, but not anywhere near the weight limit. Joovy has addressed the wheel issues with a few changes to the wheels in the newest version of the Scooter. When calling Customer Service to inquire about these changes, the customer service representative was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I ever expected to ensure that the issues I had with the older model were addressed. This is a level of customer service that is rarely experienced and for that reason, I would recommend Joovy to everyone. As for this particular stroller, the huge canopy and extra large and easy to get to storage basket are great features. My favorite feature is the seat recline. Both seats individually recline to almost flat, making naps more comfortable than other strollers.

I bought this stroller because it was a side by side and much easier to maneuver than the longer double stroller. Everything else about this stroller was an additional bonus! The large storage basket underneath, the additional pockets on the back of the canopy, the extra large canopy, individual storage holders in the seats for the kids, full individual recline and the best part is BOTH children absolutely love this stroller! The best stroller I have ever purchased at a really reasonable price, I will always go with Joovy first!

I was drawn to the joovy strollers because of their bright colorful offerings. So I'm so disgusted by the fading on this large double stroller I have. It's orange and didn't fade evenly, but sporadically so it's spotted and of course stains show up so much worse on the faded parts. It's so gross looking and worst part is we only used it for 1 warm season!! It sat in storage for the winter and I don't want to use it looking so awful. To sell such colorful strollers they should have some serious fade resisting fibers. It continues to sit in our garage, I won't throw it out because it's expensive. But sheesh. I'm hoping Joovy has a solution. Or a replacement of the fabric available.

I purchased this stroller a few weeks ago after seeing my neighbors. I have a 9 month old and a 2 year old and absolutely love the stroller, great shade, roomy seats, and very easy to manuver through single doorways! My son also LOVES the bar to hold on to while he sits up and looks out. After a few weeks something seemed to begin creaking in the frame of the stroller. I was unsure of the problem and called customer service to see if there may be something I could tighten or tweak. They asked a few quick questions- I should add there was zero wait time or transferring between representatives- and are sending a brand new stroller out to me same day! Mind you this is a creaking lose frame sound- the stroller is still entirely functional. (And I do think it is a fluke as my neighbor has put hard wear on hers over the last 6 months or so with no issue) Joovy customer service response FAR exceeded my expectations and I will defnintly consider the brand first for future needs!

This stroller has been perfect for us (a 1 year old and a 3 year old) for the museums, amusement parks, and off on a walk. I love that it fully and easily reclines. I also generally have trouble getting strollers to close and open, but this one is so simple even I can figure it out. I also love all of the storage and shade it has. It's the perfect ride for Disney World.

We have used this stroller almost daily for our 18 month old twin boys. It is our favorite of the 3 double strollers we have. The one issue that is really frustrating is the front wheels constantly lock into non-swivel mode. It hapens whenever you hit a small bump on sidewalks. It makes it so you can't turn, there is a switch on each front wheel that you have to bend and flip up to move them back to swivel. We have to do it every 5 minutes while walking. Very annoying.

I received a sample of the Joovy ScooterX2 and have been SO happy with it. I've used a lot of strollers over the past 4 years and this double stroller has become one of my favorites. I used the ScooterX2 on a vacation to Disney World and found it very easy to push and maneuver through the crowds. After using a tandem stroller for quite a while, this side-by-side handles like a dream. It folds super easily so we were able to quickly get on and off the resort buses without a problem. Just note that you do have to recline the seats (which is really easy to do) to fold the stroller properly. The canopy is huge and more than adequate to block the bright Florida sun. The seats are surprisingly roomy even though the stroller is narrow enough to fit through most doorways. Another excellent feature is the storage basket underneath the seats. I've looked at many double strollers and none of them have this kind of storage capacity. The ScooterX2 holds a TON! Overall, we are extremely happy with this stroller and I think for the price it really can't be beat.
