We heard your feedback and re-designed our seat to hold a baby up to 30lbs. The higher weight limit and larger seat will ensure a perfect fit for your child. The fabric covered motion mobile creates a sophisticated look and rotates with the swing's own movement- no additional batteries needed! It includes 3 plush mobile toys for visual stimulation when the baby is reclined. For added comfort this swing includes 2 speed vibration, a removable plush body support, upgraded machine-washable seat pad, and 3-position recline. With 6-speeds the Silhouette™ Swing provides multiple speed choices and enhanced electronics with classical music and nature sounds for your baby’s enjoyment. The innovative OpenTop™ design, along with a one hand flip-up tray which includes 2 Mix 'n Move® toys, makes getting baby in and out fuss free while the 5 point harness system keeps baby secure. The new Graco® Silhouette™ Swing combines style for you and comfort for your baby!

All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt, UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email for Quantium View, which is the UPS email system, with your respective tracking information.

We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate.

We charge a standard $15 expedite fee to guarantee your order is shipped out with within 24 hours of order placement. You must call for this option. After the item is shipped it still takes an additonal 5 business days to arrive to destinations on the west coast.

All items that are orderable are in stock. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If this is the case you will be promptly notified by email or by phone of possible transit times.

We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100.

Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $25 restocking fee for each item shipped. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order products and are unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.

We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $100.
