This is my second Graco swing, and I must say the quality on this one isn't as good as the first. It doesn't seem real sturdy (the frame wiggles), it squeeks, and whatever it is that makes the swing swing clicks on every rotation (so, as the swing moves forward, click.. moves back, click..). The seat has buttons on both sides of the tray to change the position (so you have to use both hands at the same time).. A lot of other swings (including my first Graco) were one-handed.
The seat seems comfy, the mobile and play tray are great.. the vibration is a great feature, same with the music/sounds.. And the most important thing - my daughter loves it! She will swing for hours.
Overall, I suppose I wouldn't recommend this swing, because of the flaws. I would, however, recommend looking at another version of a Graco swing.
