The built-in splash guard for boys helps prevent potty training mess and stress, and the one-piece removable bucket and smooth-surface design makes clean up a breeze.

  • Two-position height adjustable for a custom comfort fit
  • Armrests and high seat back help little ones feel secure
  • One-piece bowl easily removes for easy clean up

Great Potty For Girls
March 6, 2019
We bought this for our daughters first birthday and she has used it periodically over the past two years. She turned three last weekend and carry her potty everywhere with her. The potty is easy to dump and clean. I will be purchasing the boy's version for my one year old very soon! I wish I could just buy the boy insert for our potty. Thank you for a great product.

Urine everywhere!
August 20, 2018
We bought this for our son. The urine sprays out because the splash guard is flat and causes the urine to splash out of the potty rather than staying in. I am cleaning the floor every time he goes and he is getting discouraged. Poor design.

Not for boys
May 12, 2018
I bought this a while ago, knowing our son would start potty training soon. I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews. The "splash guard" is flat, so everything just sprays everywhere. My son then decided to try standing to go. Because the bowl is sunken in and cut out of the top (unlike others where it's part of the top that gets removed to clean), everything just dribbles on to the floor. There are so many nooks and crannies, I never feel like I get it clean. We're going to have to go find a new potty this weekend.

Worst potty for Boys
April 20, 2018
Do not buy this if you have a boy. The splash guard is flat and sprays all over. Why it was made with a flat splash guard I'll never understand. Do NOT USE If YOU
Have carpeting unless you want to clean them every time.

I just purchased this seat today- my son has used it 4 times already and EVERY time the splash guard has failed. I wish I had read the reviews... don't buy if you have a boy.

Not good for boys
December 18, 2017
We have had this potty chair for about a month and my son has only used it once cause it is too small for him and he pees on the floor. The reason I believe this happens is that the guard is too low for little boys.

NOT Suitable for Boys!
September 5, 2017
If you have a boy, please don't waste your money on this potty. I'd read good reviews about this product and really liked that the height was adjustable, but unfortunately the guard in front is just way too narrow. My son consistently gets a quarter sized amount inside the potty and the rest is a MESS all over my floor. Now he cries when I tell him it's time to potty. :(

Welll...
August 20, 2017
So my son can urinate in it if he sits all the way back but he can't use the number 2 in it without the splash guard squishing his private parts. It needs to be made longer in order to make this potty training successful. I've had to resort to him using his sisters in order to use the number 2. Hopefully this gets fixed in the newer designs or this won't sell as well.

Poor splash guard design
February 7, 2017
As many others have stated, the splash guard on this chair is flat instead of cupped. This means I have to tuck my 5 month old's parts down or we end up with urine on his legs, the floor, and my socks! Overall the chair is comfortable and supportive enough for a little one. It seems very stable as well.

Not for toilet training
June 10, 2016
I bought this for my granddaughter who I have to admit is only 1.1. I got it because it had a nice high back and arms. I am disappointed I can't find one anywhere with a tray. As I expected, since there's no tray, my granddaughter sits there for about 30 seconds then slides off to the floor. The other thing is since the toilet bowl just sits in place from the front she is able to pick it up and play with it. If she's sitting and stands up her legs catch on and pull the bowl up with her, knocking it out of place. In the old days you would slide the bowl in from the back to be held securely in place. Also she often turns sideways and puts her feet down in the bowl. I wish they would go back to making potty chairs like they used to. It is NOT cruel to have them sit there for a few moments with a tray. You can put snacks on the tray and books. I do not recommend leaving them there for long periods of time.

Not a good design for boys
April 7, 2016
I bought 2 ,one for 1st fl another for the 2nd fl, returned them both. The so called guard on the potty does nothing more than allow his urine to splash all over the floor, straight up @ me or him & on his clothes. Horrible design!. Why wouldn't FP use a hollow cup that gives room for his penis & urine to run down into the potty?

Great potty except one thing...
February 17, 2016
My husband and I purchased this potty and it's been a great potty. My only complaint (and I use complaint loosely) is I didn't realize when we purchased it that this particular product is geared towards boys because of the splash guard in the front of the bowl. After looking at it online, I realized there is a "girls' version" with a flat bowl and there are no replacement parts available for it. There was no "girl" option for sale at the store it was purchased from so it's an honest mistake. All in all it's great but the splash guard in the front is a little annoying for her to maneuver around when she sits.

Bowl pops out of place

The removable bowl pops out of place which means when child gets up bowl comes up too.

Saw a question from someone on Amazon indicating that they had the same issue.

Falls A Little Short
August 4, 2015
I purchased 2 of the Custom Comfort Potties.
(upstairs & down). I really like the way it's
made, the High Back, & the Arm Rest
(making it easy for baby to push himself up,
when standing). BUT...
The front part of the bowl was not designed
well, for a little boy! It's not hollowed out, like
a cup, ( for catching urine)... Instead it's SOLID
& Flat Across - there is no where for the urine
to Go, except out!!! All over the floor, his clothes,
and on Grandma, if I'm not Careful!!!
I'm extremely disappointed in this Design
Disfunction! And would not recommend a parent
Or Grandparent of A Boy, purchase this potty chair.
I wish Fisher Price would make another bowl
For this chair, making the needed change in it's design.
If I could purchase it separately, I definitely would!
I really don't understand why "Common Sense"
Wasn't Used by Fisher Price, when making a potty
Chair for a boy?
My children are 30 & 23, and I've purchased
MANY Fisher Price Products through the years,
And having two grandchildren 6 & 19 months;
I Still Do!
This Company has been around Many Years, and
should know better!

Great potty chair
May 4, 2015
We haven't begun to use this as yet as it's a bit early for our granddaughter. We looked all over for just the right one and this seems to be it! She likes it, I think it's the right color! It's very hard to find one for girls only. This is our last grandchild and we didn't want an interchangeable one, only one for girls.
Pros
  • It's only for girls.

Best potty EVER
April 26, 2015
So after a "licensed" character potty that sound effects and another bolt on to a full size seat, both of which held little interest in my daughters potty experiences, we saw the Fisher-Price Custom Comfort Potty and decided to try it. We figured if the colorful, and sound effect potty was treated more as a toy then a potty, maybe this ones simplistic design and much more sturdy design would be the trick. Well we used it for the first time yesterday, and NO accidents!! She went #1 five times and #2 once yesterday in her Fisher-Price potty and is very comfortable and efficient in it's use. BEST POTTY EVER!!

Doesn't work well for boys.
April 13, 2015
This potty Chair does its purpose for the most part, but it doesn't have a very large front cup to help hold the boy parts down. I have had more clean up than usefullness with this chair. top isnt rounded the little front shield helps a little but the top isnt rounded so everything shoots out the top!! I will be purchasing another seat... this is not a good one.
