    AlbeeBaby.com is an authorized dealer of all products sold on our website. All products are fully covered by their respected manufacturers warranty.

    AlbeeBaby.com is affiliated with Albee Baby Carriage which has been a family owned and operated business for the past 70 years, supplying Manhattan and the tri-state area with only the best and most sophisticated products from around the globe. We pride ourselves on a strong tradition of providing our customers with the specialty experience.

    Our online prices may be different from the in store prices at Albee Baby Carriage. Therefore we would appreciate it if you would like to pay the "Online Sale Price" to please place your order online.

    SHIPPING POLICY
    All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive at locations on the west coast. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email for Quantium View, which is the UPS email system, with your respective tracking information.

    We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air as well as UPS Next Day Air service for an additional charge. If you are interested in this service, please call to get an estimate.

    We charge a standard $15 expedite fee to guarantee your order is shipped out with within 24 hours of order placement. You must call for this option. After the item is shipped it still takes an additonal 5 business days to arrive to destinations on the west coast.

    All items that are orderable are in stock. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item you ordered we will promptly notify you via e-mail or by phone to let you know of the situation and possible options. In addition, some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If this is the case you will be promptly notified by email or by phone of possible transit times.

    We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $100, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $100.

    Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses and unfortunately we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.

    RETURN POLICY
    Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price less a $25 restocking fee for each item shipped. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page. Some products are considered special order products and are unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.

    Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect items.

    Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining reason for return.

    We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

    If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $100.     We will issue a full refund minus associated restocking fees for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
