Expensive but no complaints

The down side to this stroller is most definitely cost (took off one star for that). Even "on sale" for $349.99, the cost is a lot for any all-terrain stroller (it's not a real jogging stroller which from my understanding has to be constructed with more refinement to roll the way a jogger would truly need). We didn't need a jogging stroller, but with a quarter mile long gravel driveway on a 10 percent grade we needed the 'all terrain' over a jogger. This is the only one I found to adequately take our Chicco car seat atop for excursions out with our very young infant. She was too young to just place directly in the stroller, or any other all-terrain, without the support of the car seat she would just get jostled around too much. We have giant breed dogs and I desperately needed to be able to get out and about on our property each day to allow them to run and play while still having the baby with me. We have a regular 4 wheel Cortina stroller for regular trips to the store or what have you. We tried using that with the car seat attached on our driveway and fields and it was just too bumpy (I had visions of shaken baby syndrom watching her head get jostled). The S3 seems to mitigate that and while there are still definite bumps, she is not bounced around so much. This all terrain S3 lives in our garage and never goes in the car. In my opinion it would be too cumbersome to get in and out of the car all the time and I don't want to be "that person" in the store with my obnoxiously big yuppy stroller blindly banging around as the center of the universe (sorry parents - you know who you are!). So far it has held up well, but we have only been using it for 3 months. But if you need an all-terrain to fit with your Chicco car seat, this is the only way I know to go. I tried looking online for a used one but could never find one, so perhaps that is a good sign and means parents tend to hold on to them?
Pros:
quality of construction
easy to put together
fits the Chicco car seat (no other jogger/all terrain does)
Cons:
price!
limited color choices (red or gray)
