I bought this car seat with a lavendar cover (closeout). It is the best car seat I have used. I previously had a Safety First Alpha Omega elite. I am using the car seat in the rear facing position currently. The Britax reclines better (my daughter's head does not fall forward when she sleeps), the straps are MUCH easier to tighten and loosen, it fits in my Toyota Corolla better, and is more comfortable (sometimes when we get home my daughter says she wants to stay in the carseat!). And of course, I feel better knowing that the Britax are the safest car seats. I bought it for the safety reputation, and was pleased with the comfort and ease of use. I am going to buy an 2nd one for our other car. I wouldn't but any other car seat after using the Britax marathon!
