Don't like installing with a single strap to pull. My son-in-law thinks it's easier and would give it a five star but I like to be able to pull simultaneously from both sides (maybe an upper body strength thing). Otherwise I am a firm believer in the use of the best carseat you can afford and this is the best for my 6 year old grand daughter. A little wide if you are putting 2 of them in a small backseat but I love that she can be in this seat without having to go to booster mode so soon- the 5 point harness should be worn as long as possible! The last accident my daughter and granddaughter were in my daughter said she wished she had been sitiing in a Britax!

We currently have a total of 3 Britax seats in our vehicle. Our six year old loves this one, though wishes she could nap in it a little better. Her younger sibling is in a hurry to get one of her own. Its a little more challenging for our 6 y.o. to unbuckle & loosen the straps. The 4y.o. had no issues unbuckling, though to loosen we're more partial to the system on the convertible seats we have. We'll be buying another Frontier without the extra side impact protection, when the 4 y.o. is due. Shortly after purchasing this one we had to replace my vehicle (from a Ford Excursion) so for the first time we had to consider the size of our children's car seats. This one is HUGE! We wouldn't have it any other way. Just since they will be next to each other & there's no room for another passenger we can go w/out the extra cushioning.

We are thrilled with the Britax Frontier 85 SICT Booster Car Seat. When it comes to choosing a car seat or booster seat, this is one area that only the best will do. Britax gives me the confidence to know that my child will be as safe as possible, while my son love his new booster seat and finds it very comfortable.

I bought this before going on a long road trip. My DS is a large 4 year old and I wanted something safe and comfortable. I love and he loves it. I had him in a booster seat at home and I was afraid that as soon as we got back from the trip he would ask for the booster back....it has been 2 months and he still hasn't asked for the booster. I love that he is big and can still be in a five point harness. The winged head rest was great for the road trip b/c he actually was able to fall asleep and stay asleep in a comfortable possition. I only have one negative thing to say about the seat. We have an older model vehicle so I had to use the seat belt through the back of the car seat to install it and the gap at the sides of the seat are very narrow. I have small hands and it was still hard for me to pull a seat belt through the gap without scraping up my hand. However, for me all the safety aspects of this car seat far out weigh this one negative aspects. I would rather scrape up my hand a bit than get into a car accident and scrape up a child due to lack of safety from a car seat.

We purchased a boulevard for my son when he was an infant, do when he was pushing the limits of his boulevard we knew that we'd choose another britax. Absolutely no complaints with this seat...easy to install. My little boy loves having 2 cup holders as well ;)

My son and I love this car seat. He loves it because it's a big kid's seat with arm rests and cup holders. I love it because it keeps him safe and it's easy to get in and out of the vehicle and easy to adjust.

Do yourself a favor - buy a safety seat with a capacity over 80 lbs. We made the mistake of buying one that topped out at 40 lbs which was very short-sighted. Once our daughter hit 40 lbs, we were shopping for a replacement seat. There goes another $250. Also, if you're putting your 25 lb kid in this seat, and expecting him or her to be in it thru 80 lbs, DO NOT connect it via LATCH. LATCH has a weight limit of 40 lbs so if you connect it that way, you'll be pulling it out when the child hits 40 lbs and reinstalling it using the vehicle seat belt. Just install it with the vehicle seat belt to begin with.

This is a great carseat for safety. It can be a bit difficult to get the straps undone, but that's not such a bad thing when we are talking about our children's safety.

This is my second Britax carseat and I could not be more pleased. The seat seems large out of the box but fits nicely even in a smaller vehicle (I drive a scion xB, roomy inside but very narrow!). It is very easy to install using the LATCH system, I have not used a seatbelt hookup with this particular seat but it can't be more complex than any other seat hookup. Solid and a little on the heavy side but not prohibitively so. My 4 year old loves it and finds it very comfortable. I would buy another one in a heart beat if my youngest was ready for it.

This car seat was used to replace a Britax Marathon that my 5 year old outgrew. I like the fact that it converts to a booster. It is very roomy and comfortable for him. The side cup holders are a great feature. The head rest is adjustable, which is a plus, considering his head towered over the last car seat. I drive a Chevy Traverse and the (2nd row seats) front seats fold down. I have three Britax car seats in my vehicle at this time, and this one is the bulkiest. It will fit in the back seat if the front seats are up, but there is no place for my child to put his legs, so I keep a portion of the front seat folded down.

I ordered this on my cell phone while waiting for a doctor's appointment. It was so easy and you cannot beat the price with free shipping. We are pleased with the chair. We have an older model and needed one for a second car. Love the red! my son loves the cupholders too. Recently took a 12 hour road trip with a 4 year old and no complaints from him about discomfort whatsoever.

Britax does it again with this seat. The extra side cushion will protect your child better than any other seat on the market. My oldest son loves sitting in his new seat. He feels like such a big boy. I am glad that Britax chose cardinal as on of the color choices. It's a sharp look for the updated version of the previous model. The price was right as well from Albee Baby. I looked all over the place, and this was the store that had the best price. Plus, they had it on my front door within one week my ordering it as promised.

I bought this carseat for my grandson who just turned 3 and he loves it. my daughter says it was very easy to install .My grandson likes the cupholders. When he falls asleep his head does not fall forward, as it did in his previous seat. This seat feels really sturdy . I would recommend it to my friends. Shopping with Albee Baby is really easy. Delivery was fast, ordered it on Tuesday and received it on Thursday.

Because of changing job situations, it be came necessary to purchase a second car seat. We decided to get something that would last out 3.5 year old for a while, and the Frontier fit the bill. I chose the SICT version for the extra side protection that it offered- important to me as I drive a MINI Cooper, and the seat is necessarily close to the side window. We have been very satisfied with the construction and function of the seat. And it's easy to adjust!

I am very satisfied with the purchase of the new Britax Booster seat. i feel like when I put my grandchildren in this seat that they are safe from harm. Other family members have the similar seat and are the ones that advised me of such a great and comfortable seat.

Great for my 7 year old. Love he is "stuck" there and well protected. I prefer the more narrow structure here because the cushions restrict movement and thereby provide more support. And the narrower head area is great when he naps, so the head doesn't fall as in the wider ones. He is very comfortable in it, and does not complain about back pain, etc. Do not forget the five-point harness safety. It is very well built. Sale price ($ 255) is perfect price. I wish they still sale the Britax Marathon to have both (Boulevard too wide, head falls !).
