Britax Frontier 85 Harness Booster Car Seat Red Rock

I ordered the black/ red one for my 2.5Y boy to match our new black SUV car. It fits well and easy for little one to hop on by himself. It's lower than regular baby carseat. So we don't have to raise him very high to the seat anymore. I really like the shape of the design and trust every details for the safety on Britax. If you pay more attention and install this carseat carefully, I can say there is no other booster brand can beat this one.

Got this for my 3 year old. It's great and he loves the red and black. It's versatile and strong and he'll be in it for a long time! My first Britax. We've had Evenflo, EddieBauer, safety 1st...and the install was easy. I didn't use the latch, just threaded the seat belt. I got a tighter fit that way.

We have used Britax from birth with 2 kids. Started with a convertible carseat, then moved into this one. Easy to adjust and the cupholders are very versatile - they fit everything from snack bowls to Klean Kanteens (plus favorite 'treasures').

Love it, so does my grandson. Unlike some other carseats, I feel like he is SAFE in this seat. And he loves the cup holders!

We had a Britax Boulevard for my son and once he reached the RF weight limit we bought him this. He loves it and feels like a big boy!

We've had our Frontier 85 for less than a week and my 4 year old has fallen in love with it. He loves both side cup holders, the armrest and of course that he can easily buckle and unbuckle himself up with no problems! It took a little practice, but now he enjoys doing it "all by himself". Just one word....Fantastic!

BEST VALUE EVER!!! Whether you buy it to use as a convertible seat (post rear-facing convertible), or purchase this as Extended Harnessing/Excellent booster, you will ADORE this seat!!! The 9yr expirey means you can hand it down child to child and really get every bit of your money's worth, too. The low profile makes it an excellent fit in smaller sedans as well as larger SUV's and such. We've travelled with this, as well, with NO issues either on the plane or in the rental cars/airport, etc. I would NEVER put my children in ANYTHING BUT BRITAX!!! EVER!!! This makes an EXCELLENT booster, unlike the Graco Nautilus, as well... Please note incorrect info in review above: this is NOT LATCH Useable/Compatible to 85lbs. LATCH compatibility depends on YOUR CARS REGULATIONS. It varies manufacturer to manufacturer... but when in doubt, cease using LATCH at 40lbs!!! Please note, this does NOT apply to LATCH used in booster mode. LATCH in booster mode is acceptable regardless of weight of child.

I recently ordered the Britax Frontier 85 Combination Booster in Canyon and could not be happier. I did many hours of research on car seats for my almost 4 year old and 13 month old. It didn't take me long to decide that Britax is the best and when other brands stop at what is acceptable for safety standards Britax keeps going. It was important that the booster seat I chose for my preschooler had all the safety features that I wanted, including a 5 point harness and LATCH system. In my research I found that MANY boosters DO NOT have a LATCH system so the only thing holding the seat down is the weight of the child...that didn't sound good to me! The seat fits in our Nissan Pathfinder beautifully and was easy to install. My son loves it and tells me that it a comfortable ride. I'm so thankful I went with this seat and know that it will be used for a very long time! Oh and did I mention that it's LACTH compatible for up to 85 pounds and will become a regular booster to 120?! So cool!! :)
