I am buying this carseat after owning a britax advocate 70. My 4 mo old was in the seat when we were in a car accident. He was safe and sound! This seat is big but if your car will accommodate it, I think this is the safest seat out there. We had ours in a '99 Honda Civic and now in a 1210 Honda Crv. I had both seats professionally inspected regarding installation. It's big but its worth it!

This is an incredible car seat. It is easy to install properly. It is easy to adjust as your baby grows. It is easy to buckle you baby. It is comfortable for the baby. It is durable and holds up well. You can feel from the construction how safe the seat is. We bought 3 advocates for my daughter when she was 10-months (my car, my husbands car and the nannys car). It was a kick in the gut to shell out the money for three of these seats, but it has been well worth the peace of mind and the ease of use. We are now buying 3 more for my son. The only possible con with this seat is it may not fit or be difficult to use in a small car. When we bought these seats I had a Ford Focus. It fit, but was hard to use when rear facing. It would have been easier to use front facing, but we replaced my car with a Ford Edge and I have no issues with space at all. I strongly suggest measuring your car if it is on the smaller side. Off the subject of the seat, but possibly useful, we have had good experiences shopping with Albee Baby.

i love this car seat. i was comparing mine with some of those that my friends have and none of them seems so reliable as mine. it is very comfortable as well. i would not change it for any other brand.
