The rain cover was included with my BJ Elite Double stroller. I wasn't sure I would actually use it, but it turns out it's perfect to keep the dust off my stroller when it's stored in the garage. I'm really glad I have the cover.

Both of my sons are tall. This stroller provides room for each of them to grow, navigates easily with both of them in the stroller, and was all around the best fit for us. Albee baby had the best price by far and it came with a free rain cover. No regret on this stroller. Fits through all doorways. Fold easily, but toes some still to unfold. I researched tons of double strollers and this one is definitely the best I came across. Great investment!
